Yeah; it would happen even when launching https://oncepodcast.com/forums/recent-with-spoilers/ from a bookmark and then leaving the ipad alone.
Same here. I just keep the site as an open webpage and when it refreshed sometimes & I hadn’t clicked on anything yet on the site, it would pop up. It seemed to happen right after the ads were loaded.
