I have a feeling that may refer to the loss of Sidney Glass. To me, the title “Breaking Glass” just screams his character’s death.

True. But the spoiler doesn’t specify if it needs to be a major loss; it’s just a loss. The EQ without her mirror, I’d say that at least qualifies.
