I think she and Robin Hood were in love before she ever met Daniel. I think they had a child together and that child was Mary Margaret. It may go even farther than that….it may be that Cora is not even Regina’s biological mother…but rather that Regina was a portable little baby that somehow ended up with Cora.
Regina is only about 10 years older than Snow White. She was 18 when she saved Snow in The Stable Boy. In order for Regina to be Snow’s mother, she’d have to birthed Snow at at the age of 8.
