Why was The Cat in The Hat shelved so close to books on auto-repair? Seriously, what kind of shelving system does Belle use?

Will pulled out a pop up book so it’s possible that the auto repair book was in the wrong place rather than the cat in the hat book.

I did have to wonder if the Cat in the Hat had any significance whatsoever, since we do have a very powerful and prominent sorcerer’s hat in a powerful wizard’s possession. In that children’s story, a cat with a hat full of tricks comes to visit some child at home alone and makes a horrible mess of things, only to clean things up right in the nick of time before the mother gets home.
