Two things: Regina was still married to Leopold when she almost met Robin. (Apparently Tink didn’t mind that it would be adulterous either.)
Secondly…Rewatched Lacey last night. I know it was a different actor, but when they first made the switch it wasn’t so hard for me to buy that they were the same man; now it’s positively jarring because he really feels like a different character altogether. That aside, the Sheriff of Nottingham said that Robin “stole his love” from him, meaning Marian. (Which makes a delicious parallel to how Belle/Rumple describe what Hook did with Milah.)
They never told us if Keith survived his beating, but I’d really really love if they’d bring him back in to wrap up Marian’s side of the OQ story, whatever happens.
