Young Ursula or Calypso comes to mind.
It would make sense to see our villains in a flash back so Ursula would be a choice. However the actress playing her isn’t that old so why wouldn’t they just use her?
Why would it be Tiana when we have like a million new villains?
Well, why did we have Rapunzel last season when she had nothing to do except be a plot device? They’ll probably have at least one filler episode, and I can see this one being it.
