think Cruella has to be able to do more than just shapeshift, after all if she is hanging around with Maleficent (who can turn into a dragon amongst other things) and Ursula (a sea witch/goddess) then she must bring more to the table than just shapeshifting
Here’s an idea….. Cruella is an alien. Just throwing out an idea but I read that in the book sequel to 101 dalmations, there was something about a dog from outer space…or something. What if Crella is an alien.
