Originals villain Sebastian Roche has landed a guest-starring role on Once Upon a Time, EW has learned exclusively.
Roche, whose credits also include Supernatural and Fringe, will play King Stefan, the father of Aurora (Sarah Bolger), who has a complicated past with Maleficent (Kristin Bauer Van Straten).
Roche, who will appear in an episode slated for March, joins a growing list of actors appearing on Once in the second half of the season, including Merrin Dungey, Victoria Smurfit, Ernie Hudson, Eion Bailey, JoAnna Garcia Swisher and more.
Once Upon a Time returns Sunday, March 1, at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.

I said the same thing xD but yeah, this guy has one of those “evil” faces. I’m sure he’s a bad egg. I just hope they actually have an original story for the sleeping beauty history instead of just going with the movie maleficent version.

I guess he’s already been filming, which makes sense since they were on 414, Maleficent’s flashback.
I remember him from Supernatural and 24. With this casting it certainly seems that Aurora’s dad won’t be all sunshine and sweetness.
But…but…that’s Klaus’s dad on the Originals…does that mean he’s gonna end up dead on there since he’s coming to Once????
Well…he wasn’t father of the year on The Vampire Diaries/The Originals….it seems he won’t be father of the year on Once either.
