I would kind of want Regina to have a baby as a more Final Season thing, as apart of her happy ending. But since there is some speculation next season may be the final season >> oooh..OOOOH!!! And since Tinkerbell helped bring OutlawQueen together, she could be the godmother……THE FAIRY GODMOTHER!!!!!!!! 😛
