This is a fun little tradition we have here at ONCE podcast where we all try to guess the season finale title when they begin to draw closer to filming it (and thus us receiving the title spoiler).
Last year we actually nailed it with “No Place Like Home.” Some years A and E use popular phrases from that season’s mythology as their titles such as 3B and 2B “…And Straight On Till Morning”
This year it’s a bit harder since there are three mythos–101 Dalmatians, TLM, and Sleeping Beauty–at work. In fact I’m going to guess that the 4B season final title will have nothing to do with any of the QoD but instead with the Author and Emma’s role as the Savior Plot.
My guesses
–The Author (seems obvious, I know, but their titles have been more on the nose as late)
–The Savior (Emma centric and her bigger role as Savior is revealed)
–The Final Battle (if Lily is the anti-Savior to Emma, then I want a huge epic showdown, gosh darnit!)
–The Sorcerer (we learn who the Sorcerer is and we met him/her)
–Snake Eyes (if Aladdin/Jafar is up next, then they might hint at it with their title)

A Friend like me- (would tie into the Lily/Emma relationship but would also tie into Aladdin if that’s the way they want to go)
And they lived…..- (Since the theme of this season is the villains trying to get their happy ending and all happy endings have the key phrase “and they lived (happily ever after). It leaves the outcome open ended).

That’s a good one but would they name an episode the exact same as an episode of WL?

Unless I’m mistaken. My current theory is that he will turn out to be the Peddler character introduced in 416 “Best Laid Plans.” The Sorcerer, though is another story. As for some of my own guesses:
– “A Tale as Old as Time” (If Rumple is heavily involved in this finale)
– “What Makes a Monster” (Again if Rumple is heavily involved. Took the quote from The Hunchback of Notre Dame, but it could still be used to apply to Rumple)
– “Happy Endings” or some variant on it (The whole plot of this arc are the villains trying to get their happy endings)
– “The Book” (Also really important to this Season, and the finale could delve more into the book’s origins)
– “The Snake and the Mongoose” (Ties into Operation: Mongoose, and could also tie-in with Jafar returning)–

Well, they did get close to it with both winter finale episodes having “Home” in the title.
I’m going to go with “Choices.” What your happy ending is is your choice, not a random author’s. You live your life the way you choose to, therefore whatever your ultimate outcome is is the one that you shaped yourself. The reason that it’s plural is because multiple villains will come to this realization.
I thought about two alternative titles, “…Happily Ever After” (to tie it into WL’s finale) and “The End,” but that’s only if they confirm within the next month that 4B is the end of Once (which it honestly could be, based on the revelations we’re getting).
Keeper of Thor’s Hammer, Will Scarlet’s Genie Bottle, Emma’s Gun, Emma and Henry’s Moment at the Castle, Cora, and the infamous Family Tree!

They seem to be disregarding, downplaying and ignoring Wonderland continuity so it’s possible.

My guesses:
– Pen vs. Sword (Or some variation of the actual quote. Ties in nicely with the Author)
– Fate and Free Will (part 1 & 2)
– Wish Upon a Star (idk, maybe hinting at blue fairy, or wishes hinting at Aladdin arc, or hinting at Emma’s b-day wish from pilot.)
– Chernabog (a guy can dream, but if we don’t see chernabog again, i’ll still be happy that he made an appearance.)
– The Truth or The Whole Truth
