The Original deity Ursula was the one that came to life through the mirror, the one who was the statue, and the one Regina impersonated during “Ariel.”
But we don’t know this as *fact*. Merrin Ursula still knows Regina, implying she was the one who came through the mirror or at least they met at some point. We can only speculate but we don’t know either way.
