Based on the synopsis for 4×16, it’s going to be Hook who spills the beans to Emma about Rumple wanting to darken her heart. Maybe once Emma learns the truth of Rumple’s plan, then Regina will fill her in on the rest of what Snow and Charming have been hiding. Or maybe Snow and David will finally come clean to Emma if she confronts them.

Or maybe Snow and David will finally come clean to Emma if she confronts them.
If Emma’s hearing this big secret from other people and not her parent’s, they will seriously have no choice but to come clean. Continued denial and lying to Emma isn’t going to help.
Emma will likely be more upset about them lying to her than the actual secret though.
