I think Robin Hood is a hero, as long as he abides by his code…which he threw in the trash when he knowingly, intentionally cheated on his frozen wife with Regina.
But cheating in this show has never exactly been grounds for falling on one side or the other (see Snowing cheating on each other–though less knowingly–in S1).
