Nitpick: Where did Lily get the necklace? Had the Apprentice snuck into our world and given it to her at some point? Because the last time she was near her mother, she was inside a freaking egg, so she didn’t take that necklace with her down the portal. (It’s a nitpick because I don’t expect we’ll ever get an answer, if they were gonna clarify it, they’d have done so in this ep.)
