With Hook’s name on the sword, I’m not sure why Emma would go through all this silliness with Rumple if she already knows that Hook’s half heart (her other half) is needed. It is something to consider, however, given that the dagger and the sword are two halves of one whole and that A and E enjoy parallels/metaphors
Just realized there is something else that could suggest that another heart sharing scenario happens: the episode title “Broken Heart.” That title could be referring to a literal broken heart, and that happens to be the episode that was being filmed at the time we found out about Excalibur being fully formed.
And that’s a Hook episode, yes?
