I have a feeling that the “spark from mankind’s original fire” will turn out to be the fire that Prometheus stole from Olympus and introduced to mankind. With 5B being the Underworld and other elements from Greek mythology, I could see it as another possible hint that they’re throwing at us.
The names I can read are: Emma, Rumple, Zoso, and Gorgon (which I suppose is the creature that Head!Rumpel turned into in episode 1 of the season. Who knew animals could be dark ones?) and there is also something along the lines of Dragonkiu or something.
I guess it is counting backwards to the first dark one.
EDIT: I was right. Gorgon the invincible is what Head!Rumpel turned into in the first episode. His name appears on the dagger

I took a look at the name-switching frame by frame and it’s only Emma Swan, Rumplestiltskin, Zoso and Gorgon.
It just mixes up the letters from those four when it scrolls. What seems like Dragonkin was G from Gorgon partly visible, part of m and a from Emma, gon from Gorgon and kin from Rumplestiltskin.
