According to Hades, his older brother Zeus took everything Hades ever wanted. And this resulted in Hades’s heart being frozen or cursed. It hasn’t felt love, or joy or anything good in a long time. Instead it only feels anger. Do you think this makes Zeus a bad guy? Do you think Hades could have fixed his own heart by not focusing on revenge and bitter resentment? Or is TLK really the only way to solve this problem?

    LOL yes.

In the original Oz books, the Tin Woodsman is really Nick Chopper who was prevented from marrying the woman he loves and ends up chopping off his limbs, each one being replaced with tin. The only thing that was never replaced was his heart.

I’m sorta bummed though that the writers didn’t go with what we thought: that Zelena literally had Hades’s heart.
