I just don’t think it is possible that Regina can have a love interest this season.

I agree, especially as the show tried to play OQ as an all singing all dancing destined soul mates kind of thing (even though it all fell rather flat due to poor writing).

For Regina just to suddenly move on is a great disservice to the character especially as we know Regina loves deeply and mourns for quite a while eg Daniel.
