    Aladdin and Jasmine are finally reunited in Storybrooke! But Aladdin is no longer the Savior Jasmine believed in. What’s next for them? Do they still have a role to play in the story?

    Well they left a lot of unanswered questions so hopefully they will answer them all. I think we will see more of Aladdin and Jasmine.  My main question is does everyone believe that Jasmine is actually interested in Aladdin romantically or is she just using him to defeat Jafar?  I kind of think she is using him and hiding behind her “duty to country” as an excuse.

    Well that would certainly be a twist. I’m not so sure they’d mess with an iconic Disney couple like that. They tend to leave them alone (Rumbelle isn’t exactly the Disney story, after all. Rumple is the Beast but the Beast is not Rumple, if you get what I’m saying.)

    But for everyone else, Snow and Charming; Cinderella and her Prince; Aurora and Philip; Ariel and Eric; Aladdin and Jasmine; even Meg and Hercules to a much lesser extent…they’re all kept properly Disney.

    Yeah, I’m sure even if Adam and Eddy wanted to do some sort of twist like that, ABC/Disney would veto the idea instantly. Aladdin and Jasmine are such an iconic Disney couple that there’s bound to be some restrictions on them. It’s much safer to keep them true to the spirits of their animated counterparts, than to risk tampering them and turning viewers off.

    There better be more to this.  There wasn’t much in the promo regarding storybrooke.  They must be keeping things under wraps.  Rarely do we get most of the promo in a flashback.
