She usually only wears them in situations where she’s playing a role, like in the Pilot or in S5 when she tried to seduce Hook. I do wonder if they’re hinting at the same thing here. Thing is, she’s already chosen to remain as the Saviour, so I can’t imagine how she’s not being her true self.
