So I’ve a theory….. Okay, so lets assume Rump does intend to cut Belle’s destiny. What if–like with cleaving the darkness from the dark one or with trying to get rid of fear with the night root plant thing–when a person’s destiny is cut, it manifests in the physical world? Perhaps that is why a grownup Morfetus is the one under the hood. He is Belle’s destiny literally cut away from her. Okay, it doesn’t make a lot of sense. It’s crazy. But you guys can see what I kind of mean right?
Hmm. I have a lot of conflicting feelings about that.
–On the one hand, it does seem like something the show would do
–On the other, it suggests that Belle’s only destiny is to give birth which makes my skin crawl. But it’s in keeping with how this show views women in general.
–On the one hand it still doesn’t make a lick of sense that Morfetus is under that hood no matter what plot device comes into play
–On the other, does sense even matter anymore?
