I’ve wanted dark Belle for so long…..if they are going to painfully force these two stay together…and not change Rumple’s behavior as the DO, then have Belle align with Rumple. Their son is the perfect way to do this. Maybe killing Emma like Gideon wants to do is the only way for something Belle and Rumple want, to actually happen.
I dunno…I’ve seen the premiere and if Belle is going dark then there are zero signs of it in the spring opener. It’s more like Rumple has a tiny revelation (there’s a really great Rumbelle moment at the end) that might push him down toward his final fate. I think it’s unlikely Belle is gonna go dark or want Emma to die.
