Y’know. I have serious mixed feelings about seeing Henry Sr. again. I know it’s a flashback and he’s an important part in Regina’s story but they had such a beautiful goodbye in the Underworld that seeing him again just feels somehow wrong.
Also, *sigh* We do not need another flashback to the EQ trying to kill Snow. C’mon. Wasn’t that the meta joke of last season in some snippet of dialogue?

Like geez, we know Regina spent almost a decade trying to kill Snow, how many more flashbacks of it do we need?! Lana knocks it out of the park and I love the Evil Queen more than anyone else, you guys know this, but if Regina has to have another flashback that centers only on her EQ Days, please let it be something worth going back to see.

You know, if Season 7 does happen, one positive thing about Snowing leaving (seems all but confirmed at this point) is that the writers won’t be able to do so many “Evil Queen tries to kill Snow” flashbacks anymore. Those type of flashbacks come across as “We need to fulfill our contractual obligations to give Regina and Snowing a set number of flashbacks per Season, but have run out of original flashback ideas for them”.

Anyway, I’m sorry to say since I love her so much…..but EQ was really incompetent as a murderer. Like, we have seen her poof Charming into her dungeon just by looking at him in a mirror, and we’ve seen she is able to spy on snow from her mirror as well and see wherever she is in the world, and we’ve seen her snap people’s neck with a flick of the wrist.
Why did it take so many years to kill her again? *shrugs*

This confuses me as well. An all knowing mirror and one of the most powerful sorceresses in the realm, yet she spent years hunting down Snow White….I will never understand.
