I could see them wanting the bug to be in the final shot even though it makes no sense at all that Emma would be using the bug as her cop car because she has never done so before.
I think that most people will not watch Emma and Hook solve crimes because most people don’t like them being a couple and they aren’t going to have a show be about that.
