i love that last pic of Zelena. Black Fairy is being a total creeper with the crystal ball. Or is it a curse? Since she might be about to drop it into the well. we have a brand new magic thing (the emerald thing regina is holding) and i wonder if tin man was murdered by zelena in attempt to get his heart for her time travel spell Oz past.

I don’t like Zelena’s Storybrooke outfit. The green is just the wrong shade and there is no shape to her top half.

I thought that was already clear since “Mother’s Little Helper”. She treated Gideon differently than the normal babies she took, even calling him “special” or whatever it was she said. She also felt genuinely disappointed, when Gideon tried to betray her. There also seemed to be a hint of jealousy towards Belle, when Rumple pointed out how a part of Gideon’s “real mother” was in him. I think one reason she has a soft spot for Gideon is because he’s her biological Grandson. Maybe she didn’t really want to give up Rumple like we were assumed to believe, but was forced into doing so for reasons to be explored in her upcoming backstory. Gideon is also capable of performing magic, which is possibly a side effect of Rumple being the Dark One when he was conceived. That could have made Gideon even more attractive to Black.

Black shard thing, where is it from? What does do? Concentrated dark magic/forces from the Dark Realm? I think this is what Zelena is holding the promo; she holds it up to her baby. I think the baby ”activates” the shard, or the other way round. But why would Zelena have to do it, if I’m right? hmmm….
I agree with others that the shard creates a curse.

I agree with others that the shard creates a curse.
Maybe it’s the end result of whatever the Black Fairy was mining in her realm. Like, if diamonds mined by dwarfs turned into light dust then this is the stuff that is at the root of black magic.
