Every time I see this thread title I just want to respond with “Somewhere horrible” – which probably isn’t our desired location!
I too am confused about what the final battle is actually supposed to be, and also why the Black Fairy wants to start it – beyond thinking that by getting rid of the light she can live in peace with her family.
Also – why have they not sucked Fiona into the Sorcerer’s hat? Or Pandora’s box? Or have these all conveniently vanished?
