Oh, and that would also make Fiona extremely dangerous. Not only because she can construct brand new spells of which no one has ever seen or heard of, but because her spells are completely filled with bad intent. Her magic is 100% dangerous bad news so that would explain why she is so feared and even well known. She’s probably like the Satan figure to magic fanatics. She created spells so evil she had to be imprisoned and yet still manages to escape her imprisomement and do more evil. I’m guessing most people can alter or change spells but only she knows how to create them.
