    Once Upon a Time (ABC)
Premieres: Friday, Oct. 6 at 8/7c

Where We Left Off: Once Upon a Time sent fans reeling when Season 6 ended with a major jump forward in time to show an adult Henry (Andrew J. West) learning about a daughter he never knew he had thanks to yet another curse.

The Scoop: The story is starting all over again, with Lucy having to convince her long lost dad to help save the happy endings just like Emma (Jennifer Morrison) once did. Hyperion Heights will be the new Storybrooke, and this new curse will affect Hook (Colin O’Donoghue), Regina (Lana Parrilla) and Rumple (Robert Carlyle). And we’re going to see a very different side of Regina in Season 7. “The Regina we knew is Storybrooke was the mayor, and she was always very much in control,” showrunner Adam Horowitz says. “But now, for the first time, we’re seeing Regina under a curse. Because of that, she has to deal with what it means to be under the thumb of someone else. We’re going to see that Gabrielle Anwar’s character [Cinderella’s wicked step-mother] is a difficult figure to contend with in Seattle.”

Seeing cursed Regina for the first time should be interesting. I wonder if Henry will wake her up early on similar to how Emma woke up Graham early in the first season. Of course, Regina wouldn’t die early on the way he did. It seems like Regina would be a valuable ally against Cinderella’s step-mom.

"That’s how you know you’ve really got a home. When you leave it, there’s this feeling that you can’t shake. You just miss it." Neal Cassidy
