Finally, the moment you were hoping would come (as a certain song goes) — Rebecca Mader is returning to ABC’s Once Upon a Time.
TVLine has learned exclusively that the onetime series regular is set to reprise her role as Regina’s sister Zelena aka the Wicked Witch in multiple Season 7 episodes. No further details were available at this time.
“I am beyond thrilled to be returning to make magic with my beloved Once Upon a Time family,” Mader, who made her debut on the fantasy series midway through Season 3, tells TVLine. “I’m excited for this next chapter.”

So out of all the former regulars, Bex is the only one confirmed to be appearing in multiple episodes, aside from Jared, I believe.
This time, Adam & Eddy better do right by Rebecca! Give Zelena an actual storyline, return her magic, and restore her back to the all powerful sorceress she once was, because there’s no way in Oz the Evil Queen should have defeated Zelena back in Season 6, when it’s known and confirmed by even Rumplestilskin that Zelena was the most powerful dark witch that ever lived.
If there wasn’t a time skip, Robyn should be around 4-5 years old, if there was a big time skip, Robyn should be around 20 years old. So maybe we get a bit of her storyline too.

Is Jared in multiple episodes? He’s in 1. Is he in 2 because Jennifer is back?
He’s in both 7×01 and 7×02 for sure as of now.
I figured it would be the case, but glad to have it confirmed that Bex is returning. I grew to enjoy her portrayal of Zelena from end of S4 onward.
Multiple episodes? This is a decision that I can get behind. I want as much of the old cast as possible!
Now we just need Ginny & Josh and we will have had everyone back at some stage.
Yessss….now I have two characters to look forward to: Regina/Roni, and Zelena!
