I think that you may be right. Eddy was probably going to add to the list of characters who get a happy ending, but it’s almost like he stopped himself on purpose from saying Emma’s name.

He could have meant Rumple, but then stopped, to avoid getting hate from RB fans.

That’s true. It is just Emma is the natural ending to that list. Snow, Charming, and Emma. It could have been another name though, for sure.
According to the soundbite, Cinderella’s name in Hyperion Heights is Jacinda (a Greek name that means beautiful or Hyacinth, like the flower). In Greek legend, the hyacinth sprouted from the blood of the youth Hyacinthus, who was accidentally killed by Apollo.
Jacinda is also a “badass” version of Cinderella, so she sounds a lot like Snow White in season one. I think I’m really going to enjoy this Latina version of Cinderella played by Dania Ramirez.
