OUAT is usually really good in the costume department but they occasionally have moments like this (with facillier) where they aren’t actually trying to create a realstic version of the cartoon costume but instead are creating a carbon copy which doesn’t always work. They did it with Elsa, maleficent and a few others.
It worked with some (Ariel, Cinderella, etc) and not so much with others (Merida)
just some thoughts.

Keeper Of Tamara's Taser , Jafar's Staff, Kitsis’s Glasses , Ariel’s Tail, Dopey's Hat , Peter Pan’s Shadow, Outfit, & Pied Cloak,Red Queen's Castle, White Rabbit's Power To World Hop, Zelena's BroomStick, & ALL MAGICI agree. It is better when the costumes are interpretations of the character, not exact copies. Like Maleficent’s original dress was better then the later one with the horns.
