Hook and Alice are both under the effects of the Curse of the Poison Heart. How can this be cured since they can’t touch? And did I understand correctly–did Drizella inflect this on them?

I thought Gothel inflected this on them, but I could be totally wrong.  Why would Drizella and how could she as she has just acquired magic through Regina? Alice and Hook have been cursed for a long while correct?  Anyway maybe they each need to be true loved by someone else which would cure them individually?  More likely they will have a magical mcguffin that will cure them.

Gothel makes more sense, to be sure. I just don’t get how Drizella would even know all this!

Eighties music seems to be the theme of this episode: New Order, Poison, Heart,…

I think Mother Gothel inflicted it on them and Drizella made Alice think she had cured it for her. Again, considering Drizella has been able to control her magic for less than a week, I don’t understand how.

How did Drizella get into Wonderland? Maybe she flirted with Alice and got there. Also, that mushroom was the same mushroom that Charming was trying to find in some episode back in the day, maybe when he went off on a quest with Arthur and then became a knight of the round table. Though, the properties of the mushroom seemed to be different.

The interesting aspect here is “how do you break this?” because if they can’t touch to do a TLK then can it ever be broken? I suspect there’s a MacGuffin out there (isn’t there always?!) that can help but gosh, I’d really like it the writers used something other than a never heard of before object to break this.

I was wondering that too. She cannot possibly be powerful enough to pop into other realms after only doing magic for a day!

I think it’s the same prop from 503 “Siege Perilous” but not the same in story item.
