Betsy – we really can’t say that most Dark One’s wouldn’t have a TLK. There”s no way for us to know that.
Actually my entire headcanon about how the DO curse comes about is because of True Love. I could totally see that TLK is only one component for breaking the DO curse and keeping the DO alive.
