I keep seeing interviews stating that the Wicked Witch’s backstory is going to be in episode 16 “It’s not easy being green” while Rose McGowan is returning in episode 18 so that episode might not even be related to the Wicked Witch but just regarding more of Regina’s past or maybe even Rumple or just more of why Cora hated Eva so much. More like a Snow and Regina episode. I mean it’s possible considering now we see Regina and Snow’s relationship growing.
