I am just going to point this. I am not saying anything about the death.
All three of them are wearing their FTL clothing. It is very possible that Gabe took this while filming 312 and is just now uploading it, now that the episode has aired. Before Sunday it would have been considered a spoiler and Gabe probably didn’t want to get into trouble.
Doesn’t look like Hook’s wearing the red vest though, which he was in the 312 FTL stuff. Now, if we’re gonna assume that they’ll keep him in the red vest for all FTL flashbacks of the missing year, (which would be a sensible move, to distinguish him visually a bit from the present day stuff), then this pic can’t be from any of that missing year stuff. But then why is the Dwarf a Dwarf and why does Neal appear to be in his FTL gear if this isn’t a missing year flashback?
