Gotta point it out: where is Neal? He seems to be missing from the scene. But Belle is there. So if they went off together at one point, they must have separated.
He’s not the only one missing. Some of Grumpy’s brothers (aka the other dwarfs) disappeared when they tried to cross the town line. The same thing could have happened to Neal if he was transported to SB via the curse and then tried to leave the town to find Emma but got stopped by a flying monkey. If people really are turning into flying monkeys then it’s conceivable that Neal is now one too.
There are a few people not at the town meeting who you would expect: Snow and David, Robin Hood, the rest of the Dwarves, Neal, Ruby (but that’s nothing new), and Hook.
