3. James dies in 106. To get a replacement James, ie David/Charming, George makes a deal with Rumple–and gives him info on the location of their family’s fairy godmother. There’s no reason to think this is another godmother.
Agreed. And I think story wise it makes sense to keep it simple and that the FGM is also George’s patron.
I see what you’re saying. It takes a long time for a Kingdom to go bankrupt, unless George was already in financial difficulty and thus it was easier.
I think the easiest answer is that Belle hadn’t arrived at the DC yet. (yeah I know “promising young girl” line).
Gosh I think the writers made a huge mistake. Because Snow was already a bandit by this point (220) but Regina had just declared herself the Evil Queen.
10 yrs BC : Snow leaves the castle (princess)–meets Red–Child of the Moon Flashbacks–goes off on own–learns banditry–rescues Regina (220)–meets Charming–Ariel(bench mark moments, 3 yrs before curse)–rest of S1 as we know it
I think the answer is simple: the writers really don’t know.
