Hmm so maybe Neal haven’t been to Oz but how about if he is there now. At some point in the past year in Enchanted Forest, he got ‘send’ there likely by the Witch. Now he is trying to get home (so he is Dorothy) isnt he going to have an adventure with Belle soon in an upcoming ep? she can be Toto 🙂
