I’ve got Rumple pegged as the Scarecrow. If she’s collecting tokens to control an aspect of those individuals, she’s got Rumple’s dagger and thus controls his brain.
Hadn’t thought of it that way. That’s possibility, though I feel like that leaves Belle out and her biggest trait are her brains/book knowledge. She’s the one that read about Oz.
