About the 315 synopsis that was mentioned a couple pages back, I think it can still fit if Neal’s the one who busted him out. If they’ve seen Rumple before they see Neal, they can say, “So we saw your dad,” and Neal can be all, “Oh thank God, he did get away,” and they can be all, “Yeah he was very much alive, but was acting like he’d lost his mind and then he ran off and we lost him,” which translates to, “while also trying to find his own father, Rumplestiltskin, whom he has just learned is alive but missing.” They just made a point with the closeups of both of the locks that someone had busted them open from the outside, and Neal’s unaccounted for, so he makes the most sense IMO.
It’s insane that we have all these awesome head canons going on right now, most of which could easily be right and what actually happens, and then we’re gonna watch the show on Sunday night and every single one of us will probably be wrong, LOL
This is why I don’t care about being spoiled. It keeps my brain active between eps, and most of the time I’m wrong, so it doesn’t ruin all the surprises in the eps. 😉
