I also wanted to say thanks for doing the podcast, RG. I couldn’t have done it. But I’m glad someone from here could. I’m also irritated about feeling like I’m not able to express my feelings outside of this thread, but … in a way … I understand. I mean, think about how we’re feeling — like something we really cared about (not even SF in this case, but the show itself) has been ripped away, ruined for us. It’s easier for people to think “Oh, there’s a good reason for this!” than believe that something they love has gone off the rails. The only reason the folks in here won’t, can’t do that is that the thing that went wrong is intrinsically tied to our enjoyment of the show. We just can’t explain that away. If that makes any sense.

I think it makes perfect sense.  I just don’t like how we are just suppose to “get over it” tho.  But yet they want our opinions about things when we don’t necessarily want to fight about stuff right now.  If other people’s favorite character died in a way they felt wasn’t true to that character, then they’d feel awful and terrible and might understand what we are feeling.
