Nope they are just going to give Neal and SFer story line to hook who can sell it better with his pretty face and Colin’s charm. Hook will be Neal 2.0 with a little of Charming, smidgen of August, and dash of Henry. That’s why they are ripping of the Tallahassee and Home theme that was big with Emma and Neal.
I think the swan necklace might be somehow magical link to Hook. Maybe Emma will lose it and Hook would find it and give it back to her. Seriousl,y I don’t put anything past the writing at this point no matter how outlandish it seems
