I think Rumple’s her father! But he doesn’t know because Cora made a deal with him (she was going to give him her first child, but then changed it to: her first child with Rumple) so she sent the Wicked Witch far far away to keep her protected.

Can’t wait til Sunday!Welcome to the forums! It’s a popular theory, but IMO it was disproved in “The Tower” when Zelena needed to Rumple’s blood to open the safe in his pawn shop. She could not use her own blood like she did to get around the blood lock in the EF and SB.
In the last episode Regina said that her mother had a romantic relationship with scarecrow and we know that is Rumpel.Maybe Zelena doesn’t know that Rumpel is her father and maybe Rumpel doesn’t know that either.
