I think Hook won’t kiss Emma because he does not want Emma to lose her magic. Although, if they are TL maybe that could render the curse void? Regardless, I think this whole issue guarantees we will have kiss in the finale. Also, will build up lots of angst for CS–Emma now wants to get closer to Hook and she doesn’t understand when he pushes her away.
