I really doubt it’s Robin and Regina. They just started seeing each other in SB and up to the moment of the curse, they weren’t exactly dying of love for one another. There was a lot of flirting and snide remarks, but they weren’t fawning over each other in the lost year. So it doesn’t make sense that it’s them now, unless A and E intended to really rush the relationship.
