The creators never really gave Neal/Baelfire the development and the story he deserved. I guess they really do hate him…
Nasty Habits was my favorite episode of the season so far but it should have been Neal centric. He was rescuing his boy and so the parallel past story should have been Baelfire landing in our world and seeing him become Neal.
There are so many missed opportunities and story lines with him
