Jumping in with my opinion about whether it was a TLK. I say no. I don’t think it has anything to do with whether one person is unconscious or not, I think that at least the person who is administering the kiss has to INTEND for it to be a kiss. Emma didn’t intend to kiss Hook, she intended to perform CPR.
Maybe I have a different perspective because I am a nurse and have performed CPR numerous times (it is much more pleasant with an ambu-bag but, darn it, patients don’t always collapse within reach of one). I can assure you – CPR is NOTHING like kissing someone. If it was, I have unfortunately just discovered that I have “kissed” some people you couldn’t pay me money to kiss and I probably need to inform my husband I have had some very brief lesbian encounters in my past. So, no, Emma didn’t kiss Killian so her CPR attempt could not be considered a TLK.
