Agreed. And the BTS pics don’t change my mind about that. This isn’t the half season to have fanfic wishes granted for your ship. SFers got the return of the necklace, and things promptly turned to crap. Rumbellers got the proposal, and things promptly turned to crap. CSers are getting them off on an adventure complete with a princess dress for her and a nobleman costume for him. They say bad things come in threes. I’m just sayin’, I wouldn’t be taking anything for granted just yet if I was a CSer.
Jaxer, yes I agree with the stuff about the parallels with BTTF. It’s quite obvious that they’re riffing on that stuff with the finale, so I don’t think it’s reaching to suggest the possible message to “Doc” to help prevent a future death. If we’re comparing characters, I’d say that Hook is like Biff, both being career bullies who aren’t shy about hitting on women. And like I said a bunch of pages back (man this thread is moving fast), the original plan was for Biff to cease existing after meeting his past self, and we know that Hook is gonna meet his past self. It’s not a foregone conclusion or bulletproof evidence of anything, but I think it’s logical speculation.
