Screwball posted her review of Kansas. She had some interesting things to say.
Flying monkeys aside, we have a continuity problem with the whole
“good != killing” in the form of how the Charmings treated Peter Pan in Storybrooke. Remember when Emma hauled Pan over the town line, rendering him magic-less, and was about to summarily SHOOT HIM IN THE HEAD? Remember how everyone was okay with that, including Belle? Was this justified? If so, why?
•If it’s because Pan was going to curse everyone— Zelena did too
•If it’s because Pan’s magic is too powerful to let run free— Zelena’s magic is too
•If it’s because Pan tried to kill Henry, imprisoned Rumple, and threatened the lives of innocents— Zelena did tooSo what gives? Why is whacking a powerless Pan without a trial okay but shivving a powerless Zelena is not? Anybody? Somebody?
