Ohhhh….this sounds like fun! My Go!!!
My Pairing: NealxElsa (FrozenFire)
Location- SB
Neal walked along the paved road of Storybrooke, a solemn look upon his face. Two hours had passed since he had awoken in the graveyard, with no clue on how he was alive, or how much time had passed since his “death.” No one had seen him yet, but he had seen them all gathered at Granny’s for some type of celebration. From across the street, he could see into the window, and watched as Snow and David cuddled with their child. He watched his father and Belle sneak out of the ceremony, and drove away for what Neal could guess, their “privacy.” He could see his son playing with Roland, while Robin and Regina stood side by side with gleaming looks on their faces. Then he saw the most heart wrenching thing he could ever see…he saw Emma and Hook sharing a passionate kiss outside of Granny’s, and it was clear that she was happy. And if being with Hook made Emma happy, Neal would happily step aside to let his true love be with another. It wasn’t as if he had much of a choice, considering everyone thought he was dead.
Now he just wondered aimlessly through Storybrooke, deciding that tomorrow would be the best time to make his grand entrance back into everyone’s lives. It was too late at night for this type of surprise, and he had to find the reason he was now living and breathing. However, what soon struck him was the cold wetness that hit him on his head, causing him to look around in alarm. He watched as snow began to fall from the skies, and the temperature began to drop to a freezing temp. He didn’t understand, it was near summertime, it should not be snowing.
“What the he…” he began, till something caught his eye farther down the street. It was a figure, obviously a woman due to the curves of her body, walking through a misty fog. Neal quickly scampered to a tree, in fear that it was Zelena coming to cause ruckus in Storybrooke. He had become many things in life, and he didn’t want to add monkey to that list. However as the woman came closer, he could see that it was not Zelena….he had seen many women in his life that were pretty, beautiful even…but this woman in particular was smokin. Her skin a pale cream color, her eyes were practically gleaming sapphires, and her icy blond hair was in a fishtail braid thrown over her shoulder. She wore a crystal studded bodice, a crystal blue evening dress with a glittering, clear cape that flowed behind her. By the confidence in her walk, well, what Neal could more clearly describe…her strut, he could see that she was on a mission, and would be (beep) if she didn’t accomplish it.
“Where the heck am I?” he heard her beautiful voice mutter as she continued to walk, Neal dodging between trees to keep up with her without having to be seen. “This isn’t Arendelle…or the Enchanted Forest for that matter!”
Neal listened to the woman’s rant, and had to hold back a chuckle at her confusion. “Seems someone isn’t where they’re supposed to be,” he thought to himself.
“Wait till I find that (beep) Imp!” he heard the woman yell. “I’ll give him a reason to lock me in an urn…the malevolent, twisted demon!”
It didn’t take too much for Neal to know who she was referring to, the only man who anyone would describe as a twisted Imp. His father, Rumpelstilskin. “Papa…what have you done now,” he whispered under his breath, but quickly regretted his decision as the woman looked around. Neal cursed as he must have been thinking aloud.
“Whose there?” he heard the woman call out. “Reveal yourself you coward!” she shouted, and Neal could hear ice cracking, and the tree he was hiding behind turned a frosty white. The wood on the tree began to crack, and began to break with ease causing Neal to jump from behind it as the tree fell forward.
“You!” he heard the woman say, causing him to whirl around to face her, just as spikes of ice surrounded him. The sharpness of the ice came too close for Neal’s comfort as he held his hands up in a defensive manner. “Who are you! And what are you doing spying on me!” the woman asked.
“Woah!” Neal said as the ice began to creep closer to him. “Hey, hey, hey….I don’t mean you any harm! I just saw that you were sort of lost, and I was about to help…”
“Ha! I’m sure you were about to,” the icy woman sneered. “Look…if you’ve come looking for money, I don’t have any. And if you were about to do anything else….well, I’m sure you don’t want to do that!”
“No, no…you’ve got me all wrong! I really was just about to help you, but I can’t do that in this position,” Neal stated gesturing to the ice spikes around him. “I can help you…if you want me to.”
“Why would you help me?” the woman questioned. “No one ever just helps me unless it’s something in it for them!”
“I swear I’ll help you…free of charge,” Neal flashed his charming smile that caused the woman to roll her eyes, before waving her hand causing the ice spikes to disappear. Neal sighed in relief, as he gave a chuckle. “You really know how to give a guy a warm welcome?” he joked.
“Being warm was never one of my strong suits,” the woman quickly answered. “You said you were going to help me…so c’mon help! I need to find my sister Anna. She’s around this height, a little quirky, and just an overall burst of joy! Do you know…”
“Can I at least catch your name first?” Neal laughed. “I’m Bae…Neal Cassady,” he said holding out his hand, which the woman looked at with curiosity, before glancing back to Neal, a look of amusement on her face.
“You really don’t know who I am do you?” she laughed.
“Should I?” he questioned.
“Anyone who knows me wouldn’t dare touch me…” Elsa said as she reached forward to touch Neal’s jacket sleeve, that became an icy white color, clearly frosted. “The consequences could be icy.”
“Good to know,” Neal smiled with a nod, as he withdrew his hand. “So what is your name?”
“Elsa…” the woman stated, as she folded her hands in front of her, a smile gracing her face. “Queen Elsa of Arendelle.”
